From start to finish, I was exceptionally pleased with the service provided by Treasure State builders. Some understandable supply chain issues related to Covid, but the build team communicated with me throughout. The team of Tom, Chad, Jeff, and Spencer, completed the work in a timely fashion, performed appropriate work site cleanup afterwords, and were a pleasure to deal with. I have other projects pending until spring, and I will definitely hire Treasure State builders again.

Treasure State built us an exceptional home. Tom and Angela made it seamless. Making it clear what was our responsibility and theirs from the beginning with a detailed contract. Some features include: Pella Windows Heated Master Bath Floor Heated Garage with hot and cold water with drain Upgraded Appliances Upgraded Installation (with a nominal fee) Our Project Manager, Brandon Larson was very "Hands On". Making sure subs were lined up and working every day. Very personable and easy to follow up with any questions. (Even going over and above picking up our windows in Billings when they weren't going to arrive on time). Our house was completed in six months, from start to move in ready.

From our first phone call with Treasure State we knew we wanted to work with them for our build. Tom and Angela were so patient, they answered all of questions thoughtfully and honestly. Having never built a house before we had a lot of questions, on top of this we lived 3000 miles away from the project adding to our stress. Treasure State alleviated all of the stress almost right away. The communication was next level and at no time where we ever left wondering. Our project supervisor, Brandon was a rock star! He really cared about our house which further put our minds at ease. The whole crew, Tom, Angela and Brandon was just so great. We love our new house and cannot recommend Treasure state enough!
